The Plaza Mayor is the main venue for celebrations and cultural activities. Located in the popular Húmedo district, the most prominent building is known as the Old Town Hall, which, despite its name, never housed the town hall. Today, the square still hosts weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
